Group Training
Athletes who have mastered movement patterns through private training and execute exercises without constant cues advance to our group training programs. Private Training
Stadium Performance delivers elite personal training trusted by Boston's top university athletes from BU, BC, Northeastern, and Harvard. We create customized one-on-one programs addressing each athlete's specific needs in speed and agility, strength and power development, injury prevention and recovery, professional skills coaching, physical therapy and return to sport, and performance-based manual therapy. SP2GO delivers any workout for any athlete pursuing any goal with the same guaranteed results you expect from our facility. Our 12-week programs adapt completely to your schedule, your body, and your specific targets. Every program starts with a goal-setting Zoom call where we map your exact path to success, followed by four strategic check-ins that keep you accountable throughout your transformation. We maintain ongoing communication and modify your workouts instantly when work, travel, or life gets in the way. HYROX TRAINING
HYROX is the sport you are already training for at Stadium Performance. The circuit-style race consists of 8 natural movement stations, with 1 kilometer of running before each. Participants all around the world compete in the exact same course format, for time. Comparable worldwide rankings make HYROX the first and only global fitness race for every body. With events in every major Stadium Performance market, there is always a race to train for.
There are four different race categories to choose from, making it accessible and challenging, no matter what level of fitness or experience. Categories include Team Relay, Doubles, Individual Open and Individual Pro. Find out more about HYROX and sign up to a race near you.
