Our surface-specific programs target the exact movement patterns, injury risks, and energy systems your sport requires. Turf athletes develop linear speed and ground reaction force. SP METHOD Group Training combines the technical proficiency you developed through private coaching with programming designed for your playing surface. This represents the evolution of your training—specialized preparation for athletes who have earned the right to train at sport-specific intensity.

The SP METHOD Anywhere

Stadium Performance brings the same trusted training that transforms Boston's top university athletes directly to your space through SP2GO Virtual Private training. Athletes from BU, BC, Northeastern, and Harvard rely on our expertise—now you access this same level of coaching from anywhere.

The SP METHOD transcends any single training environment because it represents a systematic understanding of what we accomplish and how we execute results. This methodology transfers seamlessly into any training space worldwide, from your home gym to a hotel room to your school's facility. The SP METHOD isn't Stadium Performance specific—it's built on universal principles that work regardless of location or equipment.

Each one-hour session costs $125 and delivers customized programming 1-4 days per week. Our clients strategically book Monday or Tuesday sessions to establish their weekly performance blueprint.

Virtual training eliminates travel time while maintaining personal attention that drives results. You receive real-time coaching feedback, form corrections, and program adjustments during each session based on your equipment, space, and readiness levels. The SP METHOD adapts to your environment while maintaining the systematic approach that produces elite results anywhere in the world.

 

SP METHOD Custom Classes: Specialized Training for Every Goal

Stadium Performance creates custom classes designed for specific small groups with targeted objectives. From boxers perfecting footwork to CrossFit athletes building competition strength, Hyrox competitors mastering endurance protocols, and weekend warriors pursuing personal bests, we cater to any adult demographic with specialized goals.

Custom classes serve groups who share common training objectives and benefit from peer motivation while pursuing sport-specific adaptations. You train alongside athletes who understand your particular demands and face identical challenges.

Our specialized programs deliver results through the same scientifically-backed SP METHOD principles, modified to match your group's specific sport and performance targets. At $199 per month, you receive two guided custom classes per week with expert coaching tailored to your group's needs. Currently our most popular scheduling window runs from 11am to 2pm, though we maintain flexibility to accommodate your group's availability.

HYROX TRAINING

HYROX is the sport you are already training for at Stadium Performance. The circuit-style race consists of 8 natural movement stations, with 1 kilometer of running before each. Participants all around the world compete in the exact same course format, for time. Comparable worldwide rankings make HYROX the first and only global fitness race for every body. With events in every major Stadium Performance market, there is always a race to train for.

There are four different race categories to choose from, making it accessible and challenging, no matter what level of fitness or experience. Categories include Team Relay, Doubles, Individual Open and Individual Pro. Find out more about HYROX and sign up to a race near you.
