Service Description
Private Training at Stadium Performance exists for athletes who don’t need more motivation. They need precision. These are one-on-one sessions led by an SP coach who is fully locked in on you. Every rep is coached. Every movement has intent. We assess, correct, progress, and adjust in real time based on how your body is responding that day, not what a spreadsheet says you should be doing. Your program is built around your sport, your position, your injury history, and your competitive calendar. Strength, speed, power, deceleration, mobility, and durability are trained as a system, not as random pieces. If something is off, we address it immediately. If you’re ready to push, we push with purpose. Private training is where details get cleaned up, weaknesses get exposed, and confidence gets built. It’s not louder. It’s not flashier. It’s just more effective. This is training for athletes who understand that progress doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing the right things, the right way, at the right time.
Cancellation Policy
Conduct: Stadium Performance reserves the right to terminate any member visit deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to other patrons. Security: For safety purposes, security cameras are installed throughout the facility, excluding restrooms and the Recovery Room. Compliance: By using our facilities, members and guests agree to comply with all Stadium Performance policies and staff instructions.
