Summer 2026 Changes Everything: The Program Built for Young Athletes Who Want More

Summer Youth Program at SP
Summer Youth Performance at Stadium Performance

There’s a window in every athlete’s development where everything matters more.

More growth. More learning. More opportunity. And for athletes between the ages of 8–12, that window is right now. Not high school. Not next year. Now. That’s exactly why we built something different this summer at Stadium Performance.

Introducing: Youth Performance (Ages 8–12)

Supervised. Structured. Built to Separate.

This isn’t a camp.

This isn’t babysitting.

And this definitely isn’t random activity to “keep kids busy.”

This is real training, designed specifically for young athletes who are ready to build:

  • Strength

  • Coordination

  • Speed

  • Confidence

  • And a foundation that lasts for years

All inside a structured, coached, high-energy environment.

Parents: Why This Matters More Than You Think For Young Athletes

Most parents assume development happens during games. It doesn’t. Games expose athletes. Training builds them. At younger ages, the difference between kids who thrive later and those who plateau usually comes down to one thing:

Movement quality early.

This program gives your child:

  • Supervised, expert coaching (no guessing, no risk)

  • Age-appropriate strength training (done the right way)

  • Coordination and body control development

  • Confidence through progress—not just participation

Confidence doesn’t come from being told you’re good. It comes from feeling yourself get better.

Why Kids Will LOVE This Program (Even If They Don’t Say It Like This)

Let’s be honest… Kids don’t care about “long-term athletic development.”

They care about:

  • Having fun

  • Feeling successful

  • Getting better than their friends

This program delivers all three.

Every session is built to:

  • Keep them moving

  • Keep them engaged

  • Challenge them just enough

  • Let them win—and then level up

And before you know it… They’re faster. Stronger. More confident. Without ever feeling like it’s a chore.

The Structure

We didn’t just throw together workouts. This is intentional.

2 Days Per Week (You Choose)

  • Monday – Thursday

  • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM window

  • Flexible scheduling for real families

3-Hour Supervised Training Environment

Drop them off.

We take it from there.

  • No planning

  • No coordination stress

  • No wondering if they’re “doing enough”

Built for Real Development

Not random drills. Not chaos.

Each session targets:

  • Movement mechanics

  • Speed & agility on turf

  • Strength foundations

  • Coordination & athleticism

  • Confidence building through progression

What Your Child is Actually Doing

Inside the facility, your child gets access to an environment that most kids never see:

  • Agility & speed training on turf

  • Structured strength work (age-appropriate)

  • Hockey shooting stations (tarps & targets)

  • Batting cages for hitting development

  • Games, competition, and movement challenges

It’s not just training. It’s an experience.

The Hidden Advantage: Confidence That Carries Over

This is the part most people miss. When a young athlete:

  • Learns how to move well

  • Feels themselves getting stronger

  • Starts winning small battles

Everything changes.

They show up differently to:

  • Practice

  • Games

  • School

  • Life

They stop hoping they’re good. They start knowing they are improving.

Simple. Flexible. Powerful.

  • $200 every 4 weeks

  • Valid June 15 – August 10

  • Choose any 2 days Mon - Th

  • Fully supervised

  • No sign-in stress—just drop off and go

This Isn’t Just Summer

This is the start of something.

Because the athletes who separate later…

Are the ones who started building early.

Most kids will spend the summer:

  • Playing games

  • Going through the motions

  • Staying the same

A few will use it to:

  • Build confidence

  • Develop real athletic ability

  • Set themselves up for the next level

Those are the ones who stand out.
