Athletes are coached actively throughout the session, maintaining the same standards, intent, and accountability expected during in-person training.

  • Sessions are conducted through secure video platforms such as Zoom, FaceTime, or training apps

  • Coaches observe movement quality, positioning, tempo, and intent in real time

  • Corrections are made immediately, not after the fact
