Are day passes offered?Yes, we offer a Drop-In Class option for $25, which provides full use of the Turf Room for one day (excludes weekends and RESET Room access)

How are memberships billed?Memberships are billed on the day of your initial purchase and every month there-after until canceled. Please note that memberships without specific time commitments are auto-renewed until canceled by the member.

How do I sign up for a membership?Download our app to sign up for our free trial, initial assessments, private training packages, and group training. You can also email info@stadiumperformance.com for assistance.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, please note that some packages have specific commitment periods.

Is there a free trial available?Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial with our 3-Month Unlimited, 6-Month Unlimited, SP Basic, and Unlimited Working Professional memberships.

What types of training experiences do you offer?We offer four main experiences: 1. Private Experience: One-on-one training sessions 2. Group Experience: Pre-programmed sessions for general and sport-specific athletes 3. Recovery Experience: Comprehensive recovery program including cold plunges and dry saunas 4. Sport Therapy Experience: Specialized performance therapy for injured or recovering athletes

Do you offer sport-specific training?Yes, our Group Experience caters to both general and sport-specific athletes. We also offer Private Experience sessions that can be tailored to specific sports or athletic goals.

What is included in the Recover & RESET Experience?The Recovery Experience includes access to cold plunges and dry saunas for hot-cold therapy, along with customized joint mobility and soft tissue exercises.

What does the Group Training include?The Group Training, with the exception of Open Gym, includes pre-programmed sessions focusing on strength, power, speed, footwork, conditioning, and injury prevention.

When can I use the recovery room?The recovery room is available whenever Stadium Performance is open, during all classes and open gym hours.

What are the temperatures of the cold plunge and sauna?The cold plunge is typically around 42°F, while the sauna is usually set to about 180°F.

Do I need to reserve the sauna and cold plunge ahead of time?No reservation is required. Both are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The sauna accommodates up to 5 people at a time.

What facilities do you have?We have the following designated areas: 9,000 square feet of free weights, cardio, and plyometric equipment. 3,000 square feet of indoor turf with three sled and run-rocket lanes. 300 square foot athletic therapy space. 2,000 square foot boxing facility with a regulation ring. 2,000 square foot turf shooting area for hockey and lacrosse. 1,500 square foot ATI Physical Therapy clinic. 1,000 square foot RESET room with three cold plunges and 2 dry saunas.

How long can I use the recovery room?We ask members to limit their sessions to 30 minutes.

Does Stadium Performance provide towels?No, members should bring their own clean towels and take them home after each visit.

What should I wear in the recovery room?Clothing is mandatory. Most members wear swimwear or comfortable clothes suitable for getting wet. Please ensure you're wearing clean clothes and not sweaty workout gear. Bring a clean towel to sit on during your sauna session.

What should I wear for training sessions?Wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for cross-training. Athletic shoes with lateral support, and clothing that does not restrict movement or high intensity exercise. Members may elect to bring their own water, but we have purified water available to refill your own containers. We do not provide cups.

Do you offer initial assessments?Yes, we offer Initial Performance Assessments. These are mandatory for athletes younger than 13 years old and recommended for athletes new to strength and conditioning.

Do you offer services for injured athletes?Yes, our Sport Therapy Experience offers specialized performance therapy, including pre-surgical strengthening, return-to-play progressions, and personalized rehabilitation plans.

Can you help with combine preparation?Absolutely. Our Private Experience can be tailored for specific goals like combine preparation.

What does the Initial Performance Assessment include?It includes a body composition analysis, a 40-minute moderate intensity workout, and a follow-up discussion.

How long are the training sessions?Session lengths vary depending on the service. Private Training and Sport Therapy sessions are typically 55 minutes, while Initial Performance Assessments are 45 minutes. Group training sessions are between 60 and 80 minutes.

Is there a cancellation policy?Yes. All sessions cancelled outside of 24 hours from the appointment will not incur a fee. Appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours will result in a fee equal to 50% of the appointment value.
