Service Description

Brooke's lacrosse skills sessions are designed to empower athletes of all sizes and skill levels to reach their full potential on and off the field. With a focus on developing essential lacrosse techniques, enhancing athletic performance, and fostering a strong mental game, Brooke's sessions provide a comprehensive approach to lacrosse training. In each session, Brooke will cover the following key areas: 1. Lacrosse-specific skills: Brooke will break down fundamental lacrosse techniques, including stick handling, shooting, dodging, and defensive positioning. Through targeted drills and progressions, players will learn to master these skills and apply them effectively in game situations. 2. Agility and footwork: Recognizing the importance of quick feet and explosive movements in lacrosse, Brooke will incorporate agility and footwork drills into her sessions. These exercises will help players improve their speed, balance, and change of direction, giving them an edge on the field. 3. Performance and dietary nutrition: Brooke understands that proper nutrition is essential for optimal athletic performance. She will provide players with guidance on fueling their bodies for success, including recommendations for pre- and post-workout meals, hydration strategies, and balanced meal planning. 4. Self-confidence for undersized athletes: As a former undersized athlete herself, Brooke knows firsthand the challenges that smaller players face on the lacrosse field. She will work with athletes to build their self-confidence, teaching them how to leverage their unique strengths and overcome perceived limitations. 5. Motivational inspiration for a winning mentality: Brooke believes that a strong mental game is just as important as physical skills. She will share her own experiences and provide players with motivational strategies to maintain a positive attitude, push through adversity, and keep a winning mentality no matter the situation. Throughout her sessions, Brooke creates a supportive and encouraging environment that allows players to take risks, learn from their mistakes, and celebrate their successes. By combining lacrosse-specific training with a focus on overall athletic development and mental toughness, Brooke's sessions will help players become well-rounded athletes and leaders, ready to excel in lacrosse and in life.


Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy: To ensure that our coaches can effectively manage their schedules and provide the best possible service to all athletes, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your scheduled session, you will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. This fee covers the time that the coach has set aside for your session and helps to maintain the efficiency of our scheduling system. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. However, please make every effort to provide timely notice to your coach if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Payment Instructions: We accept the following forms of payment for our lacrosse skills sessions: 1. Cash 2. Check 3. Venmo To obtain the check payable to or Venmo information for your specific coach, please contact them directly. Each coach manages their own Venmo account, and they will be happy to provide you with the necessary details to complete your payment.
