Semi-Private Strengthening & Sibling Pairs 

Different than Classes, these training options provide high customization and purpose-driven programming that demands attention for every set, rep, and minute spent inside the walls of Stadium Performance. For athletes who have everything to gain but even more to lose, this is your best option!

Semi-private Strengthening 

1 Session: $105 per person
8 Sessions: $780 per person
12 Sessions: $1140 per person

Sibling Pairs

1 Session: $120 per pair
8 Sessions: $920 per pair
12 Sessions: $1320 per pair

Classes

SP has a strong reputation as Boston’s most respected speed development facility with hundreds of graduating athletes that continue to play successful Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons each year. In five years, our athletes have contributed nearly 150 colleges, universities, professional organizations, and military branches to our matriculation wall. SP athletes are fast, fit, conditioned, explosive, strong, mentally prepared, and emotionally refined. This is not a performance facility that caters to athletes who require an extra push. This is where the hardest working athletes in New England achieve new personal records and find new limits!
