Different than Classes, these training options provide high customization and purpose-driven programming that demands attention for every set, rep, and minute spent inside the walls of Stadium Performance. For athletes who have everything to gain but even more to lose, this is your best option!


SP has a strong reputation as Boston’s most respected speed development facility with hundreds of graduating athletes that continue to play successful Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons each year. In five years, our athletes have contributed nearly 170 colleges, universities, professional organizations, and military branches to our matriculation wall. SP athletes are fast, fit, conditioned, explosive, strong, mentally prepared, and emotionally refined. This is not a performance facility that caters to athletes who require an extra push. This is where the hardest working athletes in New England achieve new personal records, find new limits, and gain more opportunities.

  • EAGLE EYE CLASSES – Sign in required. Athletes in this class are supervised much more intently by Stadium Performance staff. Newer SP athletes are encouraged to spend 2 to 4 weeks in these classes before migrating to OPEN GYM.
  • OPEN GYM – PRE-PROGRAMMED WORKOUTS FOR AGES 14 – 22. All SP athletes are encouraged to attend 2 to 4 weeks of EAGLE EYE CLASS before joining OPEN GYM. If accompanied by an experienced SP member, immediate participation in OPEN GYM is acceptable.
