1. What is included with the 1-Week Trial package?

The 1-Week Trial includes access to all group training sessions, the turf room, recovery sessions, and injury treatments for 7 days. It's a great way to try out the facility.

 

2. How many group sessions can I attend with the Flex 4 package? 

The Flex 4 package includes 4 group training sessions per month that can be used however you'd like - 2 sessions/week for 2 weeks, 1 session/week for 4 weeks, etc.

 

3. Is there an age requirement for the Starter package?

Yes, the Starter package is designed for athletes ages 11-13. The training uses the same philosophy at older SP athletes, but with age-appropriate modifications. 

 

4. What is the difference between the Standard and Unlimited packages?

The Standard package includes 12 group sessions/month while the Unlimited package provides unlimited group sessions. They both offer unlimited turf room, recovery sessions, and injury treatments.

 

5. What additional services are included with the Premium Unlimited package?

The Premium Unlimited package offers everything in the Standard Unlimited package plus unlimited RESET sessions, 24/7 facility access, and unlimited recovery sessions.

 

6. How long is the 7-Day Class Pass valid for?

The 7-Day Class Pass provides unlimited access to group training, turf room, and recovery sessions for one week. After 7 days, the pass expires.

 

7. Can I access the turf room on weekends with the Drop-In Class option? 

No, the Drop-In Class option does not provide weekend turf room access. It is only valid Monday-Friday.

 

8. Do I need an existing membership to add on the RESET package?

Yes, the RESET Add-On requires an active SP membership. It cannot be purchased individually.

 

9. What is included with a single Private Training session?

One 55-minute customized private training session is included in the Private Training Single Session package.

 

10. Does the 12 pack of private training sessions include RESET access?

Yes, the 12 pack of private training includes unlimited RESET membership.

 

11. How large is the weight room at Stadium Performance?

The weight room at Stadium Performance is a massive 9,000 square feet of which 6,000 square feet is weight training specific. It is packed with top-of-the-line strength training equipment to help build the strongest athletes.

 

12. What can I do in the 3,000 square foot turf area?

The 3,000 square foot turf area is dedicated for speed and plyometric training. Athletes can sprint at full speed and perform plyometric drills to improve explosiveness.

 

13. What is the purpose of the skills room?

The over 30-yard skills room allows athletes to refine their sport-specific skills and techniques like shooting for various sports. There are regulation size shooting tarps for hockey and lacrosse as well.

 

14. What recovery modalities are offered at Stadium Performance?

Stadium Performance offers contrast therapy in partnership with RESET Space. There are also athletic trainers on staff providing manual therapy and an in-house physical therapy clinic through ATI Physical Therapy.

 

15. What locker room amenities are provided?

The locker rooms are equipped with showers, changing space, and lockers to conveniently store your items while training. This allows athletes to fully refresh after intense sessions.

 

16. How many years of experience does Joe Caligiuri have in sports performance?

Joe has devoted his entire career to sports performance and injury prevention. He has over 15 years of experience working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.

 

17. What sports did Joe Caligiuri work with on the LA Kings medical team?

With the LA Kings, Joe worked closely with the NHL team, specializing in hockey athletic training and sports medicine.

 

18. Where did Kevin Anderson play college football?

Kevin was a standout football player at Stonehill College, where he was a 4-year letter winner and still holds multiple records. This experience informs his training approach.

 

19. What is Sammy Jo Tracy's role off the lacrosse field? 

In addition to playing professionally, Sammy founded the Draw Control Academy to teach lacrosse and mentor young athletes. She also teaches yoga in Boston.

 

20. What academic degrees does Jarrod Neumann hold?

Jarrod graduated with an MBA in Accounting & Finance in addition to a BS in Finance from Providence College while playing lacrosse.

Jonny has over 15 years of experience coaching soccer. He founded JB Football Academy and serves as Regional Director for New England Surf Soccer.

In 2019, Jarrod won the Dave Pietramala Defensive Player of the Year award while playing for Chaos Lacrosse in the PLL.

Since graduating Stonehill in 2013, Kevin has devoted his career to specializing in hockey and football sports performance training.

 

25. What is RESET contrast therapy?

RESET contrast therapy alternates between cold immersion in our state-of-the-art cold plunges and heating up in our sauna. This contrast of hot and cold enhances circulation and recovery. 

 

26. How does cold immersion help with recovery?

The cold from cryotherapy causes vasoconstriction, reducing inflammation and flushing metabolic waste from the tissues. This aids muscle soreness and quicker recovery.

 

27. What benefits does the sauna provide?

The heat from the sauna induces vasodilation, increasing blood flow to supply the muscles with oxygen and nutrients. The sweat response also eliminates toxins.

 

28. Can contrast therapy help athletes train harder? 

Yes! By speeding up muscle recovery, reducing soreness, and improving circulation, athletes can train with higher intensity and frequency while minimizing risk of injury.

 

29. Is RESET contrast therapy accessible to all members?

Yes! RESET cold plunges and sauna access are included in the premium unlimited memberships as well as the private training packages. It is an additional $50 per month for all other packages. All athletes can benefit from faster recovery with contrast therapy.
