Need to Know
DO YOU OFFER SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING?
As a general rule, we train athletes to be faster, stronger, and more conditioned than their competition. We train athletes from multiple sports backgrounds and encourage all athletes to diversify their performance profile. However, once you are an SP member, we will modify your workouts to compliment your strength's and address your weaknesses. Our promise is to help you discover the best version of yourself.
DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?
Yes! Every new member is encouraged to sign-up for our 1-week free trial. All clients can choose their start date to maximize their availability and our offerings.
DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES?
Yes. Current SP members may bring visiting teammates and friends to SP for one week, free of charge.
HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO TRAIN AT SP?
Unless otherwise advertised, SP athletes must be 12-years old to begin Private Training or in 7th grade to join groups.
ARE INITIAL ASSESSMENTS MANDATORY?
Assessments are mandatory for the following athletes:
1. Athletes younger than 14 years old.
2. Athletes returning from significant injury.
3. Athletes new to advanced strength training.
4. Athletes that are uncertain which SP offering is best for them.
I PURCHASED AN 84-DAY PLAN BUT I WILL BE AWAY FOR TWO WEEKS, CAN I SUSPEND MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes! Athletes who will miss at least 10 consecutive business days will be granted a membership suspension. All other planned absences should be considered by you before purchasing a package.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCIAL AID OR SCHOLARSHIPS?
We have never turned an athlete away due to financial hardship. All athletes pay for SP services. Discounts may be applied on a case-by-case basis.
